The best investment banking institution is one that has a high number of analysts and has a large alumni network within the finance industry. These are usually called schools of target, and the large bulge bracket banks typically offer positions to students from these schools to join their analyst programs.
In terms of particular schools, Ivy league schools like Harvard and Yale are among the most well regarded for their capacity to produce investment bankers (although this is an oversimplification). Other top ranked schools include Wharton at U.Penn; Booth at Chicago; Stern at NYU; Kellogg at Northwestern; Darden at UVA and Fuqua at Duke. Other prestigious colleges, such as Imperial College London and New York City’s Baruch College are also on the list.

This is an excellent course which covers a lot of the fundamentals of IB, and is a great option for people hoping to start their own business or who want to improve their chances in a competitive market.
If you’re in the mood the course is also available on edx. However, if you don’t have the time or energy to devote to an intensive course, it might be better to get some experience working on deals and doing financial modeling, perhaps via internships.
